Delete your CricBrew account
In the app
- Open CricBrew and tap the account icon (top right).
- Tap Delete my account, read what happens, type DELETE and confirm.
Nothing has to be done first. If you're the only Owner of a group with other members, the group passes to one of them (a Scorer if there is one), so it isn't left without an Owner.
Without the app
Email privacy@cricbrew.com from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm it's you, then delete it within 30 days and let you know.
What's deleted, and what stays
- Deleted: your sign-in, your profile, your links to player records, the match photos and clips you added, and your place in your groups.
- Deleted: any group only you belong to that has no matches, with its players.
- Kept, without you: a group only you belong to that has matches. Its matches are its players' records too, so the group stays, with no Owner and nothing that leads to you.
- Kept: matches you scored. They're the group's history, and keep only a scorer ID that no longer leads to you.
- Backups: removed within 30 days.
